Terry Schacht
Express Employment Professionals, Mequon, Wisconsin

Terry Schacht has owned the Mequon office of Express Employment Professionals since February, 2004.  To date, the Mequon office has worked with over 125 local companies and employed over 1,300 people in a wide range of office, customer service, warehouse and manufacturing positions.  His vision is to help clients in Ozaukee, Washington and northern Milwaukee counties find good workers and help local job seekers find jobs with great companies.

Prior to Express, Terry owned or managed a variety of businesses.  He has over 15 years progressive industry experience in service, distribution, manufacturing and direct marketing sectors as well as six years of public accounting experience in the auditing and financial consulting divisions.  His areas of responsibility have included finance, manufacturing support, operations, information technology and human resources.

Originally from West Bend, Wisconsin, Terry earned his bachelor's of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and completed his master's of business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Terry is Express University certified in Business Management, Inside Sales and Outside Sales.  He is also registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin.

He is very involved in local communities including the Mequon-Thiensville Sunrise Rotary, Grafton Scouting organizations (both Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts) and he currently serves as a Director for the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce.

When he is not working, Terry enjoys the outdoors, sailing, golfing and spending time with his family.
